Our label boss Pete Delete makes his first outing on HQ and it’s certainly been worth the wait.
Teaming up with one of our favorite go-to artists Laura May, the pair have sculpted a retro trance sound full of nostalgia bringing you back to the ‘Golden Era’ of trance. From the male vocal hits and conga drums to the hypnotic acid and dark pluck sequence to 1999 style sweeping string breakdown and ultra euphoric lead melody, this is a real throwback to that special summer that we will never forget. Add to that modern driving bass and fx and your dance floor will be lit when this drops.
Pete Delete’s signature back to the future sound and Laura’s 2020 production pump balances this one out perfectly for your modern sets while sending listeners into the trance time machine.
This is the 3rd release so far from Pete Delete from his 2019 summer hit ‘Wild Child’ on Reaching Altitude followed by ‘Wake Up’ on Nocturnal Knights and we assure there is plenty more to come on HQ and beyond.
